EURICE - European Research and Project Office GmbH

Founded in 2000, the European Research and Project Office GmbH (EURICE) provides comprehensive support services for planning, initiating and implementing international collaborative research and innovation projects. Today, EURICE ranks among Europe’s largest project management offices. In addition to offering services for successful project management, EURICE manages impact and innovation within all areas of research and innovation projects, supporting consortia in dissemination, networking, training and capacity building activities. To ensure successful project exploitation, EURICE provides guidance for consortia in identifying, capturing, protecting and nurturing the Intellectual Property (IP) generated in research collaborations. Thus, EURICE accompanies researchers and innovative companies through the entire life cycle of a project – from the first idea to successful project completion – and beyond.

Role within JOIN4ATMP

As lead for Work Package 7 “Innovation Management: Communication, Dissemination, Exploitation “, Eurice is responsible for various tasks ensuring consistent communication and dissemination of project endeavours and strategic planning of sustainability activities. More specifically, EURICE will coordinate a wide set of tasks linked to WP7:

Communication activities: Strategic planning of outreach activities for a wide range of audiences, definition of project identity and communication channels and production of materials and communication supports for the project.
Dissemination of project results & outreach to stakeholder groups: efficient dissemination of project results, coordination of networking activities within the scientific community, and definition of publication startegy.
Sustainability of project results & intellectual property (IP) management: definition of efficient IP management strategies, validation and valorisation of key results and drafting of exploitation roadmap and timelines.
